About the Project

Moorswater Lodge is a Grade II Listed Building that suffered from long term water ingress to the Billiards Room.

We were employed by the owners to reinstate the building, including replacement of the failed flat roof above. Following an initial inspection and reporting back to the insurer, we produced a detailed Schedule of Works and Specification, which was sent to some of our Approved Contractors for pricing.

At the end of the tendering period, we analysed the tender returns, and a contractor was appointed. We made regular visits to the property during the reinstatement works, and were on hand to answer queries as they arose.

The works were completed to a high standard, with all relevant certification and insurance backed guarantees in place.
