About Martin Perry Associates
Martin Perry Associates are a Structural Engineering and Surveying Consultancy, based in south east Cornwall. We have many years of experience in all aspects of construction, and are able to offer a multitude of services, from Structural Design, to Party Wall Surveying, and Contract Administration.
As Structural Engineers we work with several local Architects, Developers and Building Contractors, and our projects range from the design of a simple beam, to grand scale new buildings. We are experienced in working with traditional historic buildings of natural stone and cob construction, and are equally at home designing and detailing the latest construction techniques, including steel and timber frames, ICF and traditional masonry.
We are Chartered Surveyors and a RICS registered firm. We offer a range of surveying services including reports on construction defects, damp problems, project feasibility and Party Wall Surveying. For a detailed overview of the services we offer, as well as a guide to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 please see our services page.
